• Short Story/Flash Fiction up 1000 words
• (PG RATED–No Violence, Erotica or Foul Language)
• Genre:      GENERAL Speculative Fiction
• Theme: None  (Optional: April Fool, 4th of July & Halloween)
• STORY LINK DEADLINE APRIL 20TH, 2017
• MUST DO:  Pre-schedule post to Go Live with other participates.  Failure to do this may cause your link to be removed from the lineup of story participates when the rest of the links are live on the day.

What is Speculative Fiction?

 

Speculative fiction is a broad category of narrative fiction that includes elements, settings, and characters created out of imagination and speculation and not based on reality and everyday life. It encompasses the genres of science fiction, fantasy, science fantasy, horror, alternative history, and magic realism.
