July Camp NaNoWriMo is underway this month. Camp NaNo has introduced a new feature of private cabins that operate by invitation only. You can share a cabin with writers you already know. That is what I am doing this time around, sharing the experience with friends I already know and interact with. I have set my goal for 20,000 words, and hope to complete the first in a series of five stories by the end of July. Wish me luck. My current fear is not reaching my goal.
I have a supervisor watching every word.
i did camp nano a couple years ago – and i finished my first draft without reaching the 50,000. so i didn’t “win” but i wrote my booty off and had an awesome start! keep writing! anything you get done, is that much more ou dont have to do!

Love your supervisor. My cat climbs on the computer, bites at my leg, or sits on the table (which irritates me). He is more of a distraction, but I love him anyway. Good luck!

We have 5 openings left. If you give me your camp NaNo name I will get you an invite. It will come from another girl, because it is her cabin, but she said anyone that wanted to join could as along as we have openings. I think they hold 11 or 12. There are 6 of us so far.
